Returns the topics attached to a conversation, both the ones applied by your team and the ones suggested
by the AI assistant. Discarded topics are not returned.

Topics are the categories used to classify conversations (e.g. Billing, Bug report). Use the returned
app_topic_id with the topic_id filter of GET /v2/conversations to list every conversation of a topic.
